International commercial partners for industrial SMEs

From first contact to sales

We find and contact local commercial partners to develop your company’s sales in foreign markets.

01

First target: 4 months, at least 3 partners

First target: within 4 months, a shortlist of at least 3 local commercial partners abroad, matching your requirements and genuinely interested in exploring and negotiating a collaboration agreement.

02

If you decide to proceed: the 4-month operating project

01

Identify your real sales potential

Review your products, customers, prices and capacity.

02

Choose the markets

Agree where to focus and which commercial partner profiles to contact.

03

Find potential partners

Identify agents, distributors and other local commercial partners matching your requirements.

04

Contact them directly

Present your company and speak to decision-makers.

05

Check genuine interest

Establish who wants to discuss an agreement, not just receive a catalogue.

06

Present the shortlist

At least 3 qualified partners: who they are, why they fit, their stated interest and the next step.

03

What we need from your company

Product and customer information, a contact person and availability to assess partners and attend meetings. We agree on commitments before starting.

04

Meetings → negotiations → agreements → sales.

The shortlist is the first milestone, not three signed agreements or sales already made. We work with you to turn partner interest into commercial relationships and revenue.

05

What does it cost?

The initial assessment is free and non-binding. If it is positive and we jointly decide to explore further, the objectives, activities and fee for the one-day on-site Assessment are agreed in advance. You then decide freely whether to approve the operating-project proposal.

Initial discussion

Request a free initial assessment. Within 3 days of receiving the essential company information, we assess whether it makes sense to proceed. This is a preliminary assessment, not a full study or the start of a paid engagement.
